How does online therapy work?
Online therapy takes place over a secure video platform. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer and a private space. Sessions are just as effective as in-person therapy for most conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope with emotions, relationships, or daily life, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis. Many people start during stressful transitions or simply to better understand themselves.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans and also offer sliding scale fees for those without coverage. Contact us to verify your benefits before booking.
Can therapy help with trauma and PTSD?
Absolutely. Our licensed therapists are trained in trauma-focused CBT and EMDR, two of the most evidence-supported approaches for treating PTSD and complex trauma. Both are available in-person and via telehealth.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some clients find meaningful relief in 8–12 sessions. Others benefit from longer-term support. We reassess regularly and always let your progress guide the pace.
